The story begins in 1977, Gérard V goes up his own craft business, which is not called yet Ideal' woodwork.
In 1978, he hired his first employee and then to the wire of time order book fills up, it then moved in a new site and the number of employee increases.
In 1988 the firm becomes Ideal' woodwork.

Today located at Holy Agathe, the company has 15 employees on a total area of 20000 SQM which 4000 m² of premises.
Gérard Vacher now heads his company in tandem with his son Jean Bruno Vacher.
